These are great as a review or to spark new thoughts for the "old hands" and a wonderful introduction for those new to coaching. I find it good myself in my corporate consulting practice. Recently I was asked to be part of a panel of experienced coaches to speak on coaching and part of the program was to do demonstrations in small groups of coaching approaches. We only had 20 minutes total to mini-coach 3 people in our group. I picked the four coaching models I think are most generally applicable, summarized them on one page which I laminated and showed that to each demo volunteer and invited them to choose the approach that appealed. It worked like a charm and in all three cases the volunteers had an important insight from just the few minutes we had. It was a great demonstration of what focus, a well thought out model and a "picture" will do for you as a coach and for your client. Thanks for your usual stellar work!
