These 42 Income Streams really spark my creativity.

I've been a CoachVille member since the very first months and it just keeps getting better. And these Income Streams are some of the best ideas yet. For example, I'm really excited about how I can use the income stream of "group coaching" and my mind is racing with possibilities. I coach people in the transition of divorce to create a great new life; and I wanted a way to reach more people on an going basis. I'm going to add Tele-classes, but including ongoing groups could add so much more. I can see how the group would really support and bolster each other. There is the possibility of having a different make-up for different groups: men only, a women's group, different ages, a group where the emphasis was finding love again, etc. The possibilities are endless. It is also a low cost way for people to experience coaching and see how well it works. And it could be a natural segue way from tele-class to group coaching to individual coaching. I positively love all the ideas it has sparked.

Income Stream #1
Weekly group coaching with 4 to 20 clients, around a common topic.

Introduction
One of the ways that coaches create additional income is to coach groups of clients, together, via a teleconference call, usually each week.  Similar in format to a MasterMind group or how group therapy works, but with several important differences.
- Generally, everyone in the group has a common interest, situation or occupation.  So, you might coach a group of Realtors, or creative geniuses, or entrepreneurs just starting out.  
- You are both facilitating the discussion, but are also providing coaching to individuals on the call, which is something that everyone can benefit from given the common focus/interest of the group.
- Sometimes, the coach weaves in training, not just coaching, into the sessions.
You may start and host a group for several months (with a specific end point) or host a group that folks stay with for years.  
Most group coaching is with/to between 4 and 12 clients.

Real World Example
Kaneesha Smith: Group Coaching for Realtors
Hi, my name is Kaneesha Smith and I've been running a weekly coaching group for Realtors for 3 years.  I used to be a Realtor myself and now about half of my 1 to 1 coaching practice is comprised of Realtors.  

What we do during the group coaching sessions is to focus on a single primary topic each month, and we get together 3 times each month by conference call.  I coach them through the topic (for example, how to be more effective when closing at a listing appointment).  The Realtors love this format, and the support they get from each other, in addition to the training they receive from me.  And, given they all have a common interest, when I coach one person on the call, everyone benefits.  

I charge $99 per month per person, and everyone pays by credit card so there is very little management required.  The typical participant stays with the group for a year and the group stays full by referrals.  I got started with this idea after reading about a coach who was coaching new entrepreneurs in a group by phone and I figured I could do the same for Realtors.  The low price point make this an easy sell, and about 25% of those in the group hire me as their 1 to 1 coach as well, which keeps my practice full.  Which is very nice!  I run 3 groups concurrently (8 folks each), and group coaching is about 40% of my coaching related income.

One of the side benefits of running this group is that it's helped me create the content for a Realtor Success program, which I'll be testing in a couple of months.  That would allow me to get in the door to entire Realtor offices or franchises.  Plus, I really enjoy my Realtors on the calls. They are easy to lead and fun to coach.  Realtors are very 'alone' when it comes to getting personal support, having a place to share their wins, and learning/being coached in real time, directly related to the situations they are facing.
