 11/28/03 Live Coaching Practicum classes added to the Thomas Leonard Coaching School Students in the Thomas Leonard Coaching School will have the opportunity to get feedback on their coaching technique in a new eight week Live Coaching Practice curriculum conducted by our Senior Teleclass Leaders. We originally beta tested live coaching practicum’s last summer. These proved to be highly popular, with many of the coaches coming back over and over again. The feedback was wildly popular, and we knew the time had come to add these classes to our permanent curriculum. Beginning in January, this will be offered as an eight week required class, with no more than 16 coaches in each series of the class. Each coach will have the opportunity to be coach and client, bringing real life scenarios to the calls. These classes are not meant for the new coach, and knowledge of the 15 CoachVille Core Proficiencies is recommended. |
