 Dave Buck, Master Certified Coach and MBA, is the CEO of CoachVille, the largest and fastest growing business and personal coaching organization in the world. The CoachVille vision is for people everywhere to have a winnable game worth playing through coaching. He worked with Thomas Leonard to found CoachVille in 2001 and has delivered coach training programs to thousands of coaches.
Dave's coaching career is diverse. He began coaching as an assistant coach for the Seton Hall University Men's Soccer Team in 1995 and remains on the staff today. He began life coaching in 1997 and has coached close to 1,000 individuals. He has also served on the MBA Faculty for Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business.
Dave is a founding member of the Transformational Leadership Council with Jack Canfield and many others seen in the hit movie “The Secret”. Dave was a part of the first ever Global Coaching Leader Summit. He was awarded the first ever Global Peacemaker Award by the International Coach Federation in 2004.

The Passing of the Torch
When Thomas Leonard passed on in February of 2003 and passed CV over to me, I realized right then and their that my life had been selected for a BIG purpose in the world: bring Professional Coaching into mainstream awareness. I did not know exactly how that purpose would unfold but with the creation of this book it is becoming more clear.
I am here to support and challenge anyone
with the courage to play a big game in life
and help them find a great Coach
to play better and win on
their own terms.

The Perfect Storm
There is a BIG shift happening around the world. I know you can feel it. Humans are rising in consciousness – including you and me. The economic turbulence happening now is a direct byproduct of this massive shift. As people rise in consciousness their desires for meaning and purpose increase AND at the same time, their desires for “stuff” decrease.
People are yearning for purpose and meaning. They are less interested in working so hard – and going deeper into debt - just for the privilege of consuming more stuff. Sure we all want some nice things, but they are less the focus and more the accent to loving what we do every day and enjoying who we become in the process. (And more and more of us are less and less tolerant of consuming and wasting so much while others in the world have so little.)
Since the current global economy is based on the production and consumption of stuff this slight lessening in the desire for stuff has rocked the economic world. This turbulence is creating an opening for a new economy – the Inspiration Economy.
In the Inspiration Economy you create Whole Wealth. Whole Wealth includes financial wealth but goes far beyond it to include wealth of knowledge, experience, talent, character, community, spiritual connection, health and love. It is based on the creation of purpose, meaning and joyful living. It promotes the active pursuits of human greatness, human energy flow and personal evolution.
