How it works - Part 1: To Your Success eZine
The core of the Team 20 system is a stylized monthly magazine quality newsletter called:
To Your Success.

1) We put it together for you
Each month the Team 20 editorial team prepares the eZine with four expert articles in different aspects of business and life. What a relief!
2) Magazine quality look and feel
Each month the graphic at the top will change just like a magazine.
3) A personal note to YOUR list
Each month each professional will prepare a brief note to their list that will appear at the top of the newsletter. This gives the publication a personalized feel for each person. An example might be the CPA puts a note: Remember to track your expenses on a weekly basis! Do NOT wait until April 14th to get it together. And be sure to schedule your quarterly tax review! Note: Each member of your team uploads their list into the system; These lists are secure. No one can see the database of any other member.
4) Four article briefs
Each issue contains four articles with a photo of the author and the article title - along with a short teaser. Readers click through to the articles they want to read.
5) YOU have complete editorial control
BIG point: each month we produce the eZine. However, YOU - the coach -can replace one of the four articles with an article of your own. AND if any member of your team WANTS to write a quality article for the newsletter there is an option where they can do that. YOU - the Coach - can choose to replace all four articles with those written by your team. Some members of team will want to provide 2 or 3 articles each year to increase their exposure and credibility.
(Note: You can provide an article any time at no additional fee. For your team members, there is a small premium exposure fee associated with providing an article $25/ month)
6) The offer section
At the bottom of each periodical is an offer coupon area. EACH member of your team will provide a high quality offer that will be included at the bottom of the eZine each month to every subscriber of every member of your team. This is how you quickly create massive exposure of your offer to a large database.

7) Meet the experts Section
On the left side bar of every issue is the Meet The Experts section. You the coach will be listed on the expert side bar in every issue. And the members of your team can pay a small premium exposure fee ($25/ month) to be listed their as well.
8) Click through tracking!
You will get a report after each mailing with a list of your database members who have clicked on an offer by one of your team members. Actually, every member on the team will get a report like this exclusively for their list. This way, each professional knows what the members of their list are interested in. And if they choose to, they can provide additional support or encouragement for their clients or prospects to follow through.
It is so amazing to know exactly what the people on your list are interested in!

How it works - Part 2: Build Your Team
1) You build YOUR team
As the Coach it is your job to recruit players onto your team. This is a responsibility, true, but it is a BIG benefit because YOU get to choose the players - AND you can choose the best.
We will teach you exactly what you need to do to approach and enroll the top professionals in your community in this opportunity.
2) The Invitation system
The on-line system has a neat feature where you can send a formal invitation to the professionals you want on your team. And as you put your team together, your team members may have professional colleagues that they want to invite onto the team. They can do this, but you - the coach - have the final say of who gets on the team.
3) Pricing based on database size and premium exposure options
The monthly price of the system for you the Coach is always $49 / month OR $99 as part of your Team Captain membership.
For everyone else the price varies based on the number of names in the total team database:

You get the idea.

After you register, two things will happen.

The History...
 The idea of building a mutually supportive marketing team advances to a whole new level with this system.
