CoachVille Love Letters
Hi Dave, thanks for the Friday open bridge invite...I'll try to make it again tomorrow!
I'm juggling 3 classes this season + a full-time job, and going a little crazy. It's moving a little faster than I thought, but I can feel myself developing professionally and more importantly, personally..it's a great thing!
I want to thank you for guiding me along in Tuesdays class this week, and focusing on the importance of being a player. I'm REALLY enjoying the course Dave, thank you for being such a great coach! I will be more diligent on being on time for class. Anna

Hi Dave! I realized today how much I really like the new bridge line system we used on Monday for the Business Academy class.
It was so much easier to hear you and concentrate without the occasional background noise. I really loved the concept of pressing a number to "raise your hand". WOW! What a difference in the structure for the class. I LOVED that!
Of course, it also worked for you to call on me in class today ;) Thanks for always staying up to date and cutting edge!
Coach Stephanie P.S. Haakon gave me two assignments! Thanks for your input! When I get passionate, I can get on a role ;) Although, it's helped me to recognize this in my clients and I gracefully interrupt all the time.

Greetings Coach Dave,
I wanted to share with you something awesome that happened to me this morning as a coach.
I’ve been working with a company here in town. I was hired to do a 10 week series on Goal Setting.
I completed my 5th week today, and because of the coaching process that I’m learning to master through Coachville, I hit a home run this morning!
The last 4 weeks we set up the ground work for how to set goals. (Tasks)!!! The engagement from the team of 38 was medium warm in interest. I like to call it a captive audience! That can really be tough. My goal was to get them engaged so they could experience how fun goals can really be.
I went in early this morning and met with the owner. We spent 5 minutes really talking about what his big game was for his employees. Then we quickly put some things into action. He looked at his list of people and came up with 5 names that he thought would be big players during our sessions together - 5 people who wanted to play this game.
During our session we played the game of goal setting by helping Jim(not his real name) play a more winnable game over this next week. It was amazing how supportive the team was in wanting to help him win at his game. It was so engaging, people where having fun; they help identify some challenges and solutions with Jim that he was not thinking about. (I hardly worked at all… just asked the right questions) Yahhhhhh
Jim, shared with the group at the end that he was hesitant about doing this but because he was a team player and really respects the owner, he decided to be a player. He then shared how totally awesome this turned out to be and was know very excited about playing his game this next week. He hugged me as he left the meeting and the owner told me that I hit a home run with him and his team this morning. He also told me that Jim never hugs anyone!
How awesome is that!!!! Thank you so much for being honest with me about getting signed up to take your class. I am now a much better coach (still a work in progress) and doing what I really love and that is helping others to play a winnable game!
I truly believe that my referrals will go up and the buzz about what I do will be amplified.
Have a great day!

I appreciate all that you do!
Your training has influenced me to narrowly focus my work to what I know VERY well....

I've been doing daily blogging on my rebranded old blog until I get my WordPress Blogsite completed.
In searching Alzheimer's in the Family in quotes, there are about 1700 results on Google and I have the first two results on the first page...love that!
