Our step-by-step approach takes the mystery out of great coaching
A method is an approach to consistently produce a result. In order to do the steps of a method you need the necessary skills and language (special terms and definitions). Mastering a craft is a process of learning the methods, skills and language through observation, study and practice.
Remember the 3 pursuits of coaching?
The Pursuit of Human Greatness (relating to achievement and mastery)
The Pursuit of Flow State (an alignment of thoughts, feelings and actions that creates ease)
The Pursuit of Personal Evolution (to create sustainable growth AND forward human consciousness one person at a time)
Well, for each of these pursuits we have a step-by-step coaching method. As you learn and practice the steps you will find yourself doing great coaching without even really thinking about it. Just follow the steps and you are coaching. It is really an amazing process.
THEN... as you begin to OWN the steps, you will also begin to weave in your own knowledge and wisdom. As you do this you will create your own unique coaching voice.

The Language: you learn the language of Energy Patterns (thoughs, feelings and actions)
In Level 3 - the Pursuit of Human Evolution
The Method: you learn the Personal Environments Coaching Method to design inner and outer environments to create ongoing personal evolution

The Method
In level 1: The Play Two Win Coaching Method.
The Play Better method describes the nine steps that a coach uses to guide an individual to define a winnable game that matters and then play and win that game on their own terms. The method is powerful because it is easy to understand and use AND produces powerful, consistent and measurable results. Another major benefit of the method is that it is VERY easy to explain to a potential client EXACTLY how you are going to coach them to win. Clarity creates certainty which creates clients.
In level 2: Super Conductivity Coaching Method.
The Super Conductivity Coaching method is used by the coach guide the player toward ease and flow in the game. The method uses energy patterns to create energetic harmony between the clients desire to play the game, their inner world of thoughts and feelings and their outer environment of people, places and things. As the coach and client work together to identify and shift energy patterns that are blocking the flow, ease of action and natural attraction occur. Is is truly remarkable!
In level 3: Personal Environments Coaching Method.
Humans perceive AND create their world through language. When you change the language patterns you change the world. We are not talking about languages like English or French, we are talking about the choice of words and phrases that reveal AND establish our thoughts, feelings, actions AND results. By finding, naming and shifting patterns the coach can help the client attain complete freedom and ease in their game.
Skills
In level 1 : The Basic Coaching Skills.
These are the 10 Core Competencies as defined by the ICF (International Coach Federation) These include Establishing Trust, Active Listening, and Designing Actions. As you learn and practice these skills you will find yourself delivering effective coaching sessions with ease. Your ability to demostrate these skills in a coaching session is the foundation for the certification process.
In level 2: The Coaching Proficiencies.
A proficiency is an advanced competency. The 15 Certifed Coach Proficiencies developed by the late Thomas Leonard and the 1,000 member R&D team include: Engages in Provocative Conversations, Elicits Greatness and Navigates via Curiosity. As you learn to distinguish and then create each of these unique experiences your Coaching will gain amaing depth and power. Your ability to demonstrate them in a coaching session is the ultimate benchmark of our profession. You will be expected to do this consistently as a CV Certified Coach.
In level 3 Advanced Communication Skills.
In this course you will delve into the advanced Coach Training developed by the late Thomas Leonard including 15 Communication Style Points, 15 Communication Clarifiers, 15 Life Frameworks and 15 Deliverables. With these tools you will become a master of deeply connecting in conversation including what is NOT said and what is behind what is said.
Pattern Language
In level 1: Game and Play Language.
The game and the purpose to play the game better is the common language of the coaching craft. You will learn how to speak game language so that you clients and players are inspired. Remember while the world of sports is a prevalent form of game language our purpose is to focus on play - ALL humans know how to play
In level 2: Super Conductivity.
Super Conductivity is a state where all energy is moving freely to its destination with no obstruction or loss of power. In Coaching it is a sophisticated pattern language that allows the coach and client to go deeply into the realm of thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs and values and how these effect choices and actions. When your player is super conductive, they are in the flow; They know what to do, they know how to do it and they respond resourcefully to every challenge. Your players (and YOU) will get a LOT more done with a LOT less effort when they become super conductive.
In level 3 The 9 Environments.
Personal Evolution is about creating sustainable results AND surprising growth at the same time. There are nine Environments of YOU that will determine the level of success you can achieve in your game because you are always adapting to the world around you. You design the world around you as a picture of who you want to become. The way you design and adapt to these environments will determine your future. The environment always wins is our mantra. You will learn the detailed language patterns of each of the nine environments and learn how to design them for sustainable results AND personal evolution for yourself AND your players.
