Coach The Game The Coach The Game program gets to the heart of what most people expect from a coach: 1) The ability to teach them how to play the game better by helping them learn, practice and refine the skills of the game AND to guide them with an effective personalized game plan. 2) The ability to debrief the game to facilitate development and learning; to celebrate successes in a way that expands awareness and to debrief losses in a way that promotes growth and restores desire to get back into the game. 3) Solid knowledge of the game and a clear method for guiding them to the results they desire. Your players / clients trust you to have a way of doing things that is reliable, consistent and grounded in experience.

Inner Awareness Coaching The results we achieve in life are a function of our thoughts, feelings and actions - each a powerful form of energy. But often these powerful energy patterns or frameworks do not serve us; in fact they often take us directly away from what we are trying to do! Mixed emotions and inner conflicts abound in any truly meaningful objective and the masterful coach must know how to identify these patterns and then help the client transcend them. We call this the super-conductive coaching method and it is powerful.

Environmental Design Coaching The environment is the missing link in most coaching methods. If you are coaching the person and NOT coaching the persons environment you are only doing half the job! Because no inner change is sustainable unless the environments are upgraded to reflect it. In this program you will learn the power of observing and creating pattern languages in each of the nine environments. You will also learn the power of the environmental scan. You will learn and practice three specific environmental design coaching methods.

9 Environments Practicum There are 9 environments that a coach must learn how to design in order to help the client create fully sustainable success. In other words you will learn to design a winning environment! In this practicum you will study each environment in great detail and learn to see the world through the lens of environmental design. The program is quite liberating. Then you will work with a colleague as coach and player to practice and implement what you are learning.
