Certified Coach Training
for Savvy Professionals
Rigorous, fast-paced, highly structured coach training for the savvy professional who wants a fast track to masterful coaching. The program was developed by Master Coach Dave Buck, and includes content developed by the late Thomas J. Leonard - the founding father of professional coaching - including the 15 Certified Coach Proficiencies.
Using a powerful learning model that includes regular demonstration, observation and critique by a certified coach, the program can be completed in as little as 10 months. Upon graduation you will be prepared to earn the CV Certified Coach designation. The Center for Coaching Mastery is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) so you can then apply for ICF Certification as well.

Master the Craft of Coaching
Mastering a craft is a process of learning through observation and study and then doing it yourself in a variety of situations. What you are learning is three things: Skills, Pattern Language and Method.
Skills: how to do things
In Level 1 you learn the 10 Core Competencies; in Level 2 you learn the 15 Certified Coach Proficiencies
Pattern Language: how to talk about things to create understanding and aliveness
In Level 1 you learn how use game language, the optimal context for coaching; in Level 2 you learn the language of Human Dynamics and flow.
Method: how to use skill and language to produce desired results
In Level 1 you learn the Coach-Two-Win method and the power of the winnable game; In Level 2 you learn the Super Conductive Coaching method. (details here)
The Design of Your Program
The Center for Coaching Mastery is organized into 5 levels. Level 1 and 2 are required for graduation.
Level 1 covers the Coach-Two-WinTM method, game language and basic coaching skills (Based on the 10 ICF Core Competencies).
Level 2 continues to build your mastery teaching the Super Conductive Coaching method and the 15 Certified Coach Proficiences. Super conductivity is all about getting into a state of flow in the game through expanding inner awareness and environmental design.
Level 3: Pattern Language Coaching and Advanced Coaching Communication: a highly advanced exploration of Pattern Language Coaching. You will learn how to identify patterns and put them into language. By shifting pattern language you change the world.
Level 4 is the Certification Process in which you can earn the CV Certified Coach Designation and take a large step toward a certifcation with the International Coach Federation (ICF)

The Way to Certification - the distinction of a professional coach
Earning a Certified Coach designation is a worthwhile accomplishment that could be valuable to you in the future. Many professionals enjoy earning meaningful certifications and this would certainly qualify. If you plan to become a professional coach, certification is essential.
