The Thomas J Leonard Coach Training center and the back-end technology to support it is coming together - a MAJOR accomplishment for our team. As of yesterday - 11/29/06 - access to the Gold Member links in the Thomas J. Leonard Coach Training Center is restricted to CV Members who have upgraded to GOLD Membership for $79 / year. If you’ve already signed on, we’re glad to have you!

This section of the CoachTrainingCenter is a treasure chest of coaching wisdom. You can learn something new every time you visit. The Coaching Critiques are an all-time favorite resource for many coaches. Listening to Thomas critique coaching will expand your awareness of what masterful coaching is all about; The coaching Models, Principles, Mistakes and How To Coach Anyone programs will guide you toward a powerful solution for any coaching situation.

8) The Professional Coaching Manifesto
(Launching in December 2006)
Dave is working on a new program called the Professional Coaching Manifesto. While highlights of the Manifesto will be available to all CV members, the details will be available ONLY to GOLD members.
9) Access to extended Samplers of our recorded programs
(coming in 2007)
We have close to a thousand hours of recordings in our School. Basic membership will include one-hour introductions and samples of many of the programs. GOLD membership will include extended sampler recordings and content enabling you to learn some cool stuff AND make informed choices about which programs to invest in with your money and time.
10) Share Your Wisdom
(coming in 2007)
We are recovering LOTS of partially completed content from the Thomas Leonard archive. Beginning in 2007 we will launch the “Share Your Wisdom” feature of the CoachTrainingCenter. We will post Thomas’ works in progress and allow you to contribute to their completion. (It’s perfect really because Thomas loved collaborative creation) And you will get attribution for your contributions so you can become known among your GOLD member colleagues around the world.
11) Guided Learning Plans
(coming in 2007)
We know that there is a LOT of content in our CoachTrainingCenter and it can be a little overwhelming sometimes. So we are creating a guided learning plan with recommendations as to what to do next with a way to track your progress. This will eliminate overwhelm and give you a well deserved sense of accomplishment.
