An Introduction to the Coach-Two-Win method

Hey there! Coach Dave Buck here.

I am truly enjoying a week of relaxation, hiking, meditation and writing here in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. And I am really looking forward to a few days with my CV colleagues next week in Toronto at the Power of Winning Conference. I’ll be rested and full of energy!

In the next 12 or so CoachVille Member News articles I will share with you the Coach-Two-Win method.

Installment #1 sets the stage - It is called winning the games of our lives. If you have been reading the CV Member News for a while you will recognize some of these ideas. That is a good thing! 

The purpose of the Coach-Two-Win method is to fulfill the human desire for a winnable game worth playing and transform the quality of YOUR life and everyone you coach.

Coach-Two-Win is designed for the coach, business owner, manager, leader OR professional who has a strong desire to guide others toward playing the games of their lives better and winning on their own terms. In our theory, this is the true purpose of coaching. Coaches develop winners in every area of life by supporting and challenging them to practice and play better every day.

When you play a game you learn the language of the game. You know the skills and strategies of the game through your experience. You have a real feel for the game and know it INSIDE of you. 

Probably most importantly: you have instant credibility with your player because THEY know that YOU HAVE BEEN THERE. The bottom line is that KNOWING the game is key; we go even further to say that you will do your best coaching in the games that you have LIVED!

There is nothing more fulfilling than transforming your personal experiences into something that adds value to the life of another It is one of those sweet things that make life worth living and brings meaning to all of the hard work, heartache and moments of triumph

Three Ways to Learn

The Coach-Two-Win Quick Start program is available in three different formats: self-paced e-course, teleclass and on site intensive

Self-Paced eCourse
Our on-line learning platform is the best in the business. The eCourse includes a complete learning guide in pdf format and recorded class sessions in mp3 format that you can listen to on your computer or download onto your mp3 player. The on line syllabus allows you to track your progress through the program and complete the quiz to check your learning when you are complete.

10-hour teleclass
The teleclass event is the most common way that folks participate in this program. It is delivered in four 2.5 hour sessions, one per week for four weeks. A teleclass is a live event delivered by teleconference call with up to 60 participants from all over the world. When you register for the event you will be given the bridge # and pin code to dial at the time of the class. Normal long distance charges apply. Check the registration center for the dates and times of upcoming programs.

The teleclass INCLUDES immediate access to the self-paced eCourse for your learning before AND after the teleclass.

2-Day On Site Intensive
If you prefer to learn in person, then you will enjoy the Coach-Two-Win intensive. The Quick Start program described here is covered in the first day of the two-day intensive; while the Master the Method curriculum is covered on the second day. The program is delivered in various cities in US and Canada. Check the registration center for details.
