CV MySpace is Now the Member Center
Far Superior to eMail: CV Help Desk is NOW the BEST way to reach Member Services

Two important changes at CV.

The Member Center replaces CV MySpace

1) The CV My Space button at the top of the website has been renamed: Member Center.
This is the place you go to find:

a) all of the programs that you have access to including recordings and learning guides
b) the registration center
c) your personal CV Calendar with the date, time and bridge # for everything you are registered for.
d) Gold Members will find the Gold Member Center here
e) GSC Members will find the SOC / GSC member center here as well.

We made this change primarily to avoid confusion with the My Space web service.

Far Superior to eMail or Voice Mail

2) The Member Services Help Desk is now operational and is GREATLY improving our quality of service.

If you have any type of question or problem or need our attention for any reason, simply click on the Member Services button at the top of any page. Then you will see the help desk logo.
Simply click there and enter the details about what you need.

You will get notification that your “ticket was received” and we will have a permanant record of your entry. This is far superior to email or voice mail and allows our team to keep track of your issue and respond in a timely fashion.

And it allows us to collect great statistics about what is causing trouble and allows us to be more responsive.

AND you communication will never be lost in a SPAM filter or Voice mailbox
