The third season of the Your Winning Season for coaches program starts on February 12th. And the preseason sessions begin in just a few days on January 16th. This season well defenitely be our best season yet! And YOU can be a part of it.
The 6 Pre-Season sessions are going to be extremely powerful and thought-provoking and I’ve decided to make them complimentary to all CV members. Once the season begins, you can continue to participate in one of three ways:
As a Fan: just $49 for the entire season
As a VIP Season Ticket Holder: $395 for the entire season
OR My favorite
As a Player: for $395/month for the six month season.

The 6 Pre-Season sessions will give you a framework to create a winnable game AND a game plan for your next 6 months. The purpose of the pre-season is to prepare you to sign paying clients and build your business.

2) Choose a basic game plan based on your current skill level
3) Determine which skills you need to work on to increase your winning percentage and develop a practice schedule
4) Establish your ideal pricing for the upcoming 6 months so that your offer is clear
5) Create a marketing calendar and time line to support your game plan
6) Establish your basic working structure so that you know what to do when without confusion or overwhelm

In this pre-season course you will see what this can be like for you as a player AND as a coach.
A few additional elements of the Pre-Season Program
It is also important to realize that every game has skills and that you will have to face certain issues and make different decisions based on your current level of skill in the game.
Here are a few of the issues faced by more advanced players that may come up in the pre-season program:
1) When and how to raise your coaching fees
2) Discerning and choosing among collaboration opportunities - at this level you HAVE to start saying NO to more things.
3) Choosing among so many potential visibility strategies and avoiding trying to do too much too soon
4) When and how to transition into FULL TIME Professional Coaching
5) When to start saying no to less than ideal clients
6) When to add Group Coaching to your product mix
7) When to add paid events to your program offerings
