Headline:
Type in a snappy, succinct headline that grabs attentions. The first
10 words are the most important words of the entire press release. Make it
news not advertising. Avoid hype. Capitalize the first letter of all words
in the headline (with the exception of: "a", "an",
"the", or prepositions such as "of", "to",
or "from").

An abbreviation of your headline will appear on page 2 of

Lead Paragraph

all the basic information of the story here. Make it as interesting as
possible, it may be all that is read before a decision is made..
Body/Content
Use short sentences and colorful words. Use less than 400 words and one
page is preferred. Include all relevant information about your products or
services and remember to be specific and target it to a particular
audience. Try to add at least one quote from a staff member, industry
expert or satisfied customer. Avoid excessive adjectives and flowery
language. Put the most important information at the begging of the

pertinent information.
