Introduction
If you've been writing Press Releases, or are curious about doing so, you can use this online system to guide you through the process of designing a one. We include phrasing examples at each stage of the process to facilitate the process.

You will find it very easy to use. Just answer the questions, fill in the blanks and you'll receive your press release outline via email within seconds. You can even save your outline on the system should you wish to be able to update it later. Or, you can just save it as a word file and store offline if you prefer. Don't feel pressured to answer every question the first time through, as you'll have ample opportunity to return and fill things in further.

Type in a snappy, succinct headline that grabs attentions. The first 10 words are the most important words of the entire press release. Make it news not advertising. Avoid hype. Abbreviated Headline
An abbreviation of your headline will appear on page 2 of your press release, if needed.

Lead Paragraph
Summarize your press release in no more than 2-5 sentences. Provide all the basic information of the story here. Make it as interesting as possible, it may be all that is read before a decision is made..

Body/Content
Use short sentences and colorful words. Use less than 400 words and one page is preferred. Include all relevant information about your products or services and remember to be specific and target it to a particular audience. Try to add at least one quote from a staff member, industry expert or satisfied customer. Avoid excessive adjectives and flowery language. Put the most important information at the begging of the document so if it needs to be cut short the editor will not remove pertinent information.
