Drew Rozell
The Law of Attraction

Tuesday March 16 2004 , 200PM ET

How to Attract The Clients you Want At the Fees You Deserve: Bringing the Law of Attraction to your Coaching Practice

Get a sense of what Drew will be covering at Coachville's Annual Conference and why it could make a difference for you to attend. What is the Law of Attraction? Begin to get a sense of how powerful you are and how your thoughts and emotions create a magnet that draws what you have or want to you.

Attractionville is the brainchild of Dr. Drew Rozell. He is 34 years old, bald as a baby's bottom, and earned his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Social Psychology from Syracuse University . He's taught at the collegiate level at Syracuse University and Hobart and William Smith Colleges . He's never really "worked" in the traditional sense and says he never will. Instead, he chose to become a professional coach in 1996, running a full practice called Evolution Coaching. Coaching led him to the attraction material and like most people, the more he learned, the more The Law of Attraction just made sense -- not just in his head, but in his heart. There was no turning back for him -- he began studying attraction, coaching attraction, teaching what he knew about attraction, and doing his best to live in a manner in harmony with the Law.

Meet Stuart Bochner—CoachVille Member #45,000

How did you hear about CoachVille?

In February, by pure accident and coincidence, I reconnected with Donna Steinhorn, an old friend whom I had not spoken to in 25 years!  When I found out who and what Donna is, I stopped believing in accident and coincidence. Donna and I had a lengthy conversation about my coaching practice and she pointed out to me what should have been obvious:  I was a coach without a coach!  At her suggestion, that is no longer the case.  I now have Coachville!

What motivated you to join CoachVille?

I have found a home at CoachVille. Other coaches sharing and providing for one another was just the atmosphere that was missing from my practice and my being. Joining CoachVille marked the end of my "go it alone" practice.

Tell us about your practice.

Going where few coaches have gone before, my practice, which I have named "The Admissions Office" is aimed at high school juniors and seniors and their parents, struggling with the college application process, and the interfamilial strife and tension that comes with it.  As I say in my brochure:  "We promise that our college application coaching will ease you through this difficult period of apprehension and confusion.  Our pledge is that you will have a college application that virtually sings, that reflects who you are and what you want to become.  The colleges to which you are applying will truly know you.  And you will emerge from the process with new confidence and satisfaction".

What does coaching mean to you?

I view my coaching role as that of a bridge.  A link that joins the parents and the high schooler and the high schooler with the college.  My satisfaction level is high.  I truly contribute to the lives of others in a meaningful and fulfilling way.

What's the first CoachVille resource you've used and how?

I sent out an email to all of the members who are coaching in similar niches.  And I have begun to study for certification to put a missing rigidity into my practice.

Where will you be in a year?

I will be a featured speaker at at least 10 high school guidance meetings for parents and students.  I will double my business and codify and improve my fee structure.

Personal info - background, experience, quirks

I am an attorney by training and a publisher and writer by choice.  I have completed the full curriculum for living at Landmark Education where I was a Course Supervisor and an Introduction Leader.  I have insight and humor and a healthy ego.  And I am still looking for "who I am".
