Calling
All Coaches Phone Campaign Update
There are 62 eager
members of the “Calling All Coaches” Phone Campaign diligently
attempting to have a conversation with each and every member of the
Schools of Coachville.
They have emailed
about 2,000 of you to set up a time to talk and have only heard back
from about 25%. They
appreciate you are probably really busy and they would love to get a
response from you (feel free to decline to talk) just so they can be
sure that you have been given the opportunity to talk with someone.
To date they have
talked with 78 people and have the following general results:
Average Rating for
the Schools of Coachville is 3.4 out of a possible 4.
The top 3
positive comments are:
- Members
love the superior tools, reference materials and resources that
the schools offer.
- Members
experience enormous personal and professional growth and
enhancement from being a part of the schools.
- Members
love the connections that they make with others in the schools.
The top 3
negative comments are:
- Members
often feel confused about where to start a course of study and
how to proceed. They
experience confusion and overwhelm and would like pathways or
guides.
- Members
often have difficulty maneuvering the website.
- Members
often feel like they receive too much email from Coachville.
The number one
thing members what or need from Coachville is:
- Clarification
on the usability of Coachville materials including website
maneuverability.
The main
benefits that members receive from the calls are:
- The
members love the personal connection and they feel like
Coachville cares.
- They
are grateful to be reminded of Coachville’s resources.
- They
are reminded about the communities that exist within Coachville
like Study Groups and Chapters.
Stay
tuned to future edition for updates on how Coachville is responding
to the needs of its members based on the feedback from the Campaign.

Schools, they will begin to take on being a welcoming team for all

We are committed to making the experience of being a member

your client and get their permission.

or concept's such as the Coach 100 concept.

of you get started with these powerful tools.

CoachVille Roles: $0 to $60K
Mentor Coach; developing branding content for the Schools of
CoachVille; working on a new CoachVille business resource center
Background:
-
BA in
Elementary and Mathematics Education
-
MBA
-
12
years managing a fast-growing environmental consulting firm in
Seattle WA
-

-
Self-employed
as a coach since 1999; small business startup and development,
branding, and Core Dynamics
Things
you might not know about me:
-
My coaching
business took off when I quit working on it and painted the
rooms in my house instead.
-
My
parents were ½ Yuppie and ½ Folk-Music Hippies. We lived in
the northshore Chicago suburbs and my dad is an attorney. They
jammed with Jerry Garcia in the 60’s and bought us kids a
beat-up turquoise 1957 Ford pickup to park next to all our
schoolmates’ shiny new Corvettes. They taught us to do things our
own way.
-
I
made up my last name.
-
For
weekends when I came home from college, my mom kept the fridge
stocked with lettuce, cucumbers, and diet coke. (I have kicked
the diet coke habit…)
What
I love about my job: the
chess game. I love hunting down exactly what is causing a problem
and being able to get in there and fix it. I love hearing our
members say, “I can’t believe someone from CoachVille actually
called me! Thank you for fixing this for me!”

addition to her member services role, Amanda is also a Mentor Coach
in CoachVille’s 0-60K program (www.coachvillementoring.com).
