What’s
New with CoachVille Live Events in 2004...
- Third
Day, Add-On Practicums
- Hub
City Strategy and Long-Range Planning
- Expanded
Corporate Coaching and Small Business Intensives
- Revised
Pricing (still an amazing value!)
- “Play
It Again” - Repeat Program Policy
As CoachVille
continues to evolve and grow, we become increasingly aware of our
responsibility to deliver world-class coach training, coupled with
requisite business skills and practice development strategy.
Accordingly, for 2004, we have adopted a number of new ideas,
policies and programs targeted at helping our member coaches achieve
financial success.
Third
Day, Add-On Practicums
All of our existing
programs have been refreshed and revised to include both the most
current coaching technology and the business and marketing
perspectives you’ll need to be successful. Additionally,
most of our two-day programs will now offer an optional third day
practicum to reinforce and solidify your newly acquired skills. Our two-day programs feature the delivery of content, the
exchange of new ideas, and a focus on information. The third day practicum brings the focus to experiential
learning: hands-on
application of the material, exercises, demos, coaching triads, and
project plans that rigorously apply the material from the previous
two days. The design of
each practicum day will vary slightly by program, but will
consistently provide a hands-on, experiential environment designed to enrich and strengthen the material presented during
the preceding two-day Intensive. The optional, third day, practicum
is available for $99 USD.
Hub
City Strategy and Long-Range Planning
In response to your
many requests, we are also announcing a new live event structure;
designed to allow you to schedule and budget your CoachVille
training months in advance. Beginning
in January 2004, we will be offering our core training events in
four hub locations throughout the United States:
New York City, Atlanta, Chicago, and San Francisco.
What does this mean? Essentially,
about every other month, a different core program will be offered in
each of these cities. Our
core training programs include:
- Coaching
Springboard
- Full
Practice Marketing Intensive
- Certified
Coach Intensive
- Absence
of You
- Financial
Freedom Intensive (NEW in 2004)
- Environmental
Design Intensive (NEW in 2004)
With a hub city
structure, our members will be able to consistently plan access to
our programs with predictability.
In addition, we will also be “spritzing” a mix of our
programs in other US cities throughout the year.
It is also our intent to offer several of our most popular
programs in Toronto, Canada; London, England; and Sydney,
Australia.
Additional details on these venues will be available shortly.
Expanded
Corporate Coaching and Small Business Intensives
Another exciting
development is the expansion and enhancement of both the Corporate
Coaching and the Small Business Coaching curriculums.
Again, in response to your many requests, both programs will
now offer introductory, intermediate, and advanced level trainings. This three tier approach will provide an ongoing and
appropriate training and learning environment throughout the year.
These six programs
will be offered in different hub cities from the core events
mentioned earlier. The
hub cities for the Corporate Coaching Intensives are Seattle,
Boston, San Diego, and Dallas.
The hub cities for the Small Business Coaching Intensives are
Philadelphia, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, and Long Beach.
There will also be some “spritzing” of these events
around the globe.
The Corporate
Coaching Intensives will be offered as three-day, inclusive
programs. The Small
Business Coaching Intensives will adhere to a two-day format and
offer an optional third day practicum.
Revised
Pricing (still an amazing value!)
While we remain focused on
exceptional value, the cost of delivering extraordinary live
training events has increased. Beginning January 1, 2004, the
registration fee for all CoachVille two-day training programs will
be $279 USD. The add-on, third day practicum will be $99 USD.
We believe these price points remain extremely competitive, while
maintaining the tremendous value and appeal of our content-rich
programs.
“Play
It Again” - Repeat Program Policy
In 2004, we’re
also introducing a consistent “Play It Again” policy and fee
structure. Many of our
participants enjoy an opportunity to attend our events more than
once during a given calendar year. Whether you attend a two or three
day program, you will be able to “Play It Again” at a 50%
discount. We encourage and welcome this practice.
As we are constantly evolving our events, many of you have
asked for this special pricing arrangement.
