Introducing the $0-60K In One Year (Seatbelts Optional):  Coachville’s Mentoring Program

Here's what to expect...

The $0-60K:  CoachVille’s Mentoring Program addresses our key initiative for 2004, demonstrating our on-going commitment to the financial success of our member coaches.

Mentor program benefits designed with your success in mind:

• A mentor coach and personal guide through CoachVille’s curriculum.
• One-on-one and group coaching, supporting you every step of the way
• For certification through the ICF, the International Coach Federation (pending). 

What This Innovative Mentor Program Entails:

The 3 Masteries of the Professional Coach are the underlying context of the $0-60K Mentoring Program:

The $0-60K- Program is organized around the content from the Schools of CoachVille.

• In the Thomas Leonard Coaching School (TLC) program, you will master the Coaching Proficiencies.

• In the School of Personal Development (SPD), you will master your self (imagine that!).

• In the Full Practice Program (FPP), you will master business skills.

The $0-60K Mentor Program Includes:

Group calls on a tele-bridge - 3 calls per month; 90 minutes per call.  On these calls you will receive coaching and guided practice sessions around the integration of the content of the curriculum into your coaching business.

One on one coaching with your mentor - the program will include two 30-minute sessions each month

Buddy rotation - Each person will have a buddy from the group each week.  There will be assigned conversations for the buddy calls.  These calls are intended to provoke challenging exploration of the topic of the week, NOT buddy coaching.  They are intended to build relationships and community.

Practical fieldwork - The participants will be asked to complete assignments between the group sessions.  This work will create powerful experiential learning. 

Resources - Need to know the best ways to virtualize your practice?  Want to know the best technologies?  These practical solutions are all part of the $0-60K Mentor Program.

Group size – approximately 10 people per mentor.

CoachVille Community - Each group will have a page in the (soon to be announced) CoachVille Community System.  You will have on-line access to buddy schedules, the roster for the group, a bulletin board and a group email system.  Details coming soon!

Pricing Options

If you’re already an SOC member:

The Cost of the $0 – 60K Mentor Program is $200 a month for 12 months and you have to be a member of the Schools of CoachVille to participate.

NOTE:  Current SOC members will not need to re-take classes they have already completed.

If you’re not an SOC member:

The enrollment fee for the full package version of the mentor program is $5695.  There is a convenient 12 month payment plan at $475 a month. 

Enjoy lifetime access to:

• the 10 Schools/1000 teleclasses,

• the Full Practice Program,

• all our licensing programs, ecourses and resources. 

Or

Register for the Focused Coach Package + $0-60k for $4195.  There is a convenient 12 month payment plan at $350 a month.  With this package, you will receive:

• lifetime access to the curriculum in the Thomas Leonard Coaching School,
• lifetime access to one other school of your choice,
• the Full Practice Program,
• all our licensing programs, ecourses and resources.
