This week we're excited to introduce you to the new Leadership Team. You've seen us at events, read about our projects, and no doubt gotten emails from some of us. Meet the CoachVille Leadership Team!
"As CoachVille's Schools of Coaching Admissions Manager for the past year, I was lucky enough to have gotten to know many of our members around the world. In my new position as Sales and Marketing Director, I am putting my 18 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing exec to good use - especially the last 13 years as Corporate Sponsorships Manager for Connecticut Public TV & Radio. My eclectic training also includes a license from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and stints as a Radio announcer/producer and Television producer for 4 years. That will all come in handy in establishing strategic alliances with groups and organizations worldwide and in working with the media and others to promote CoachVille's schools, programs, products and services and to make coaching something that the mainstream 'must have.' "Since I am blessed to live on a pretty pond, I enjoy hiking around it as often as possible and literally hugging the trees - fun! My personal mantra is that 'everyday, I have fun, create income and spread happiness'."

and Events "As a relationship coach, I focus on helping others successfully create, attract and sustain lifelong partnerships. I bring this expertise with me to CoachVille, where I hope to inspire others in their own greatness. "For more than 25 years I have managed, advised, coached and taught people of various ages, genders, and economic status in diverse environments from internal settings to public arenas and from children to managers of large corporations. I began my career teaching severely emotionally disturbed adolescents in a psychiatric facility, moved on to working with an International Company in sales and management as well as event leadership, and for the past 4 years have successfully managed my own coaching company, Happily Ever After. "These experiences have enabled me to understand the key fundamentals of working effectively with people and managing business and organizational systems. In my current coaching practice, I provide singles with a monthly forum to meet others and learn the Principle of Attraction as well as leading Teleclasses on Relationships Success. "I live in Minneapolis with my prince, Andrew and my smart, funny, talented, gorgeous 10 year old daughter, Matilda. I look forward to being engaged in the mission of CoachVille and coaching for years to come."

Events "As Director of Live Events for CoachVille, I get to play on the front line everyday, and I love it! My responsibilities allow me to draw on my natural talents, life experience and professional skills while still learning something new daily. Managing, and often attending our live events, with an opportunity to meet our member coaches regularly, is a blast. Yes, I have an awesome job and enjoy an extraordinary life. "Prior to my own 'I wanna be a COACH!' catharsis, I endured a successful career in high tech software sales, sales support and marketing. For over 18 years, I toiled in the hallways of Corporate America with two of the world's largest software companies, as well as, several lesser known start-up operations. While I welcomed the lifestyle often afforded my profession, I yearned for the often less available quality of life. During these years, I also sought solace through involvement with membership and volunteer coordination positions within social and political non-profit organizations. "My coaching practice, Possibility Into Being, is dedicated to folks just like me. I enjoy working with professional sales people struggling to find what's missing in their life; those in some phase of career and life transition, often recovering from Corporate America and newer coaches challenged with the balance of unbridled enthusiasm and limited start-up business skills. "I've been a CoachVille groupie from the very start - attending live events, joining the SOC and playing full out on the R&D teams. I share my life with an amazing partner and we have been blessed to have enjoyed living on both the east and west coasts. Today, we call Fort Lauderdale our home. Thomas Leonard, and CoachVille, gave me access to the life of my dreams. It's an honor and a privilege to give back everyday."

"I love to support people to be successful in business. I have coached corporate clients, business owners and individuals and my experience includes leading courses both inside corporations and to thousands of participants in leadership, personal development, customer service, effective communication, and women's empowerment workshops. "I have over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, coach, course leader, and business advisor and I am excited to bring my wealth of coaching, consulting, and training experience to Coachville. "I have started, owned and sold a variety of businesses, from an Insurance Agency to a gift basket business. I love the risk and thrill of formulating and implementing business designs. I've worked as the Director of Training and Development for an international service corporation. "I re-located to Florida a few months ago and am busy soaking up the sun and creating the environment of my dreams with my adorable husband."
Reorganization and Upgrade of
Curriculum "I've been with Coachville since its inception, and have held many roles, including Coachville Chapters Director and Instructor in the SOC where I have taught over 1000 individuals! I've had the fun and stimulation of playing on the R&D Teams, and among other things, contributed to the development of the Certified Coach Proficiencies, the Core Dynamics and the Fundamental Proficiencies. "As a Life, Business and Mentor Coach, my clients range from corporate executives seeking to find balance in their lives and success in their offices, to small businesses, solo-preneurs and coaches seeking to succeed without struggle. "I'm also involved in the ICF on the Life Coach Committee, and as the Life Coach Programming Chair for the ICF conference. I'm a graduate of NYU and Coach U, and my many lives prior to coaching included corporate communications, training, human resources, and sales promotion. "I've been married to the same man for 31 years, and together we have two great children (although we're now empty nesters) and a Dalmatian (he's still with us!). We live and work side by side (yes...it really is possible to do this if you stake your territory and declare your boundaries) in our NJ shore Victorian carriage house."
Planning and Operations
"For more than 13 years I have worked with, advised, and coached leaders, managers, and team members in diverse environments from military to civilian, from stateside to international, and from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 corporations. These experiences have molded me and helped me understand the key fundamentals of effective organizations and systems, and how people can best fit with them. "I have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. In my coaching practice I focus on small businesses, helping them successfully set up systematic ways to achieve quality and business goals. I manage to maintain a few clients along with the fast-paced demands of being General Manager of CoachVille. "My true love is leadership - I believe my responsibility as a leader is to help build an environment of excellence where people can become fully expressed and do their best work. To me, the challenge and rewards of serving other people keep me energized and excited to keep contributing to others in a meaningful way each and every day! "My marriage with Diana is 16 years strong, and I am one of those lucky few to have met my soul mate early in life. We have two young daughters, Sara and Rebecca, who are masterful in teaching me about myself and the world every day. I am active in Toastmasters, enjoy working in my garden, cycling around New England, tinkering with our 100-year-old Victorian house, and most of all being a husband and father. I look forward to ensuring the success and sustainability of CoachVille for years to come."
External and Internal
Communications "As Communications Manager for CoachVille, I have the wonderful job of keeping in touch with all of our members through Today's Coach, the CoachVille Member News, the SOC Member News, and many other avenues. As a founding member, I have seen CoachVille grow from an amazing man's idea to a community's vision. I started out as a CV Study Group Host and my group quickly evolved into a CV Chapter-the Western Mass Coaching Alliance. A longtime member of the R&D team and an early adopter into the SOC, CoachVille continues to profoundly impact my coaching experiences and my life. "My diverse background includes a BS in Paralegal Studies, two years as a VISTA volunteer, and nearly 12 years in the healthcare industry in various marketing, volunteer management, fundraising, and public relations positions. Through my company, Leverage Dynamics, I help small business owners create, maximize, and leverage the opportunities all around them. My brand belief is that struggle is strictly overrated-too many people just get by in business, when they could be fully alive. "Besides coaching, one of my greatest joys is walking my dogs, Newton and Earl around my neighborhood in Springfield, Massachusetts. I love Eric Clapton's guitar playing, Pema Chodron's writing, and listening to the sound of the wind in the trees. Beauty and opportunity are all around us, if we only have the eyes to see it. I look forward to walking the path with all of you."
