Changes
in the CoachVille Leadership Team – Long Live CoachVille!

Dear CoachVille Member:
 As
some of our members may or may not know,
Dave
Buck was a very close friend of Thomas Leonard,
the founder of Coachville who passed away last February. In part
due to this close working relationship, Dave was honored to be
named by Thomas in his will as the future owner of CoachVille
and the School of Coaching. Some of you may have experienced Dave
as a Certified Coach Intensive live event leader; others may know
him from the Full Practice Program, the Teleclass Leader course,
or any one of the many other programs he runs for CoachVille and
the School of Coaching members. Dave is now stepping up to much
bigger responsibilities as the newly appointed President
of CoachVille, LLC
and the
School of Coaching. As President,
he will continue to work very closely with the managers of Thomas’
estate, the
Goldsmith Group, for the next year or so as the standard
legal probate hurdles are cleared regarding the estate.
To help lead the company
forward, Dave has selected CoachVille member
Chris Hutchinson
as our next General Manager of CoachVille
and the School of Coaching. Chris is an experienced and
dynamic business and leadership coach. He has been working in
our highly successful School of Small Business Coaching, and brings
a superb mix of people and technical skills to the role. Our
outgoing
GM,
Andrea Lee, is moving on to new things outside
of CoachVille, and Chris will be working with her over the next few months
to ensure there is a smooth transition of leadership for the company.
Dave and Chris, along with the rest
of our staff and volunteers, owe Andrea much for what she has
meant to and done for CoachVille since she started working with
Thomas to build the company more than two years ago. We wish her the very best of success
