Assisant Coach – Beth M. Lyons

What’s different about me, Kitchen Table Coaching™, and the Million Dollar Life™ program?

Basically, I believe that Limitations are NOT Limits … and that everyone has a Million Dollar Life™ waiting for them, right around the corner. A million dollars is NOT required. What IS required is a willingness to learn in action … and the courage to dream out loud.

All this comes, of course, with the signature Kitchen Table Coaching™ flavor: a ‘come as you are, no shoes required’ environment where risks, mistakes, bellyflops, and shared laughter are heartily encouraged.

I’ve been coaching groups and running workshops for over 10 years, and added individual coaching in 2002. I’ve been influenced by, and had the great fortune to be mentored and taught by a wide variety of industry leaders, including Best Selling Author Barbara Sher, CoachVille President Dave Buck, and ICF Board Member and resident Group Coaching Guru, Ginger Cockerham, and most recently coaching business phenom Michael Port. I’ve developed and facilitated workshops for a variety of clientele, using theater, music, maskmaking, and a hands-on art, self-awareness and expression approach. Prior to coaching I spent 10 years in the non-profit world as an IT Director, and through Techie Coach, I continue bring that expertise to the world of coaches and solopreneurs.
