coaching skills.
About the Deliverables:
Value is being generated at least a dozen times during a typical
coaching session. In this segment, you will learn what
these value points are which will add confidence to your
coaching and keep your client informed as to the wide range of
value that is being delivered during coaching. Many of
these deliverables are subtle, and they need to be recognized by
both parties for coaching to be at its most effective. |
