Overview of training...
Coachville is hosting a 2-day training/developmental discussion for coaches who are intrigued by the idea of transcending themselves and moving toward a state called "absence of."

During this course we will be exploring the major categories of issues that keep us wrapped up in illusions of what we think we are and how to come out of these illusions. One of the most powerful sets of coaching tools yet developed is what we are calling dynamics. Tom has identified 10 Core Dynamics that are at the basis of virtually all human problems and thus at the basis of virtually all challenges with which coaching clients struggle.

The 10 core dynamics are the essence of the result of your childhood and cultural conditioning. They include the inner decisions that you have made about your life that you have forgotten. They keep you stuck in old ways of being. They are insidious and they have been difficult to identify and even more difficult to change, until now!

These core dynamics are the basis of not only your client’s issues but your own issues as well. They are what keep us all thinking, even believing, that we are all sorts of things that we are not.

Great coaching comes from great people and the essential quality of great people is that they get out of the way and let their essential nature guide their every move, every decision, every experience.

The Absence of You course will explore the 10 Core Dynamics in great depth. You will learn what they are, what causes them to be present in someone’s life, how to identify which ones are there under different issues, how to coach someone to begin to free themselves from the grip of them, and how to be free of them yourself. You will also learn a special technique for making sure that you are always keeping exactly on track for every coaching session. You will learn another powerful technique for coming out of the grip of being lost to emotions. Be prepared to leave the old sense of yourself behind in Phoenix because your life and your coaching will never be the same.

This training is EXCLUSIVELY for the coach who...

Has done quite a bit of personal development work in the areas of transformation, awareness-building, spirituality and similar. If you are wedded to any one of these areas, however, you probably should not attend. We're seeking to transcend the notion of beliefs as a part of this process. Ouch.

Understands the difference between self and ego and who has a sneaking suspicion that perhaps they are the same, or that perhaps fully expressed ego is actually what is often called self. Regardless, the discussion will be focused on transcending both ego and self. Hmm...

Enjoys the intellectual stimulation of looking at oneself from various vantage points and then walking away from what you've defined yourself as. You'll want to come ready to let the you you've known go. And not seek to replace it with a 'new you' but actually not replace it at all. Thus, the "absence of you." Wow.

Knows in their heart that there is another place to operate from -- and a place that has very little language to define or describe it. (We are calling that place absence and the path (as we are guessing) is via transcendence.) Ambiguity, yay.

Is willing to be open to some direct comments/suggestions/rug pulls from the presenters and your colleagues. The comments will be polite and sensitive yet the comment/observation/concepts may pull the rug out from under you and your current existence. You'll need to WANT this in order to not be upset about it when it occurs. And it's likely to occur. Oops.

Understand that this 2-day training is very developmental in nature, meaning this is the very first time this training has been delivered. If you are looking for a polished/perfected event, please do not attend. We have a lot to cover; you are unlikely to be bored. And, you'll be teasing out the material and tweaking the exercises as we go. Different.
