Contrary to popular belief, BIG BANG! Coaching does not happen exclusively over the telephone while sipping coffee in your most comfy p.j's.  We believe that in order to take coaching mainstream, coaches need a powerful public presence. They must combine masterful coaching, marketing, and training skills. A Coach is NOT an invisible or transparent support person. A coach is a highly visible, highly active force in the life and work of the player / client. We believe that this approach will propel YOUR practice into a place of public recognition. 

The Your Winning Season City Director Team will share how they are building thriving businesses in their communities by:

  • Creating a ripple effect in local communities through experiential training
  • Developing coaching experts in the heart and soul of cities and towns throughout the world by teaching the Coach-to-Win process.

The BIG BANG! Coaching Pre-Conference Presentation will be divided into four segments:

Segment 1:  BIG BANG!  Theory of Coaching

Coaching is BIG, yet many business and professional leaders will be the first to tell you that they have no idea what coaching is or how it can benefit their lives, personally or professionally. This presentation will provide coaches with a cutting edge system for articulating coaching by using the Coach-to-Win Coaching Process. Using this process is a powerful way turn prospects into paying clients.

  • Learn how to talk about coaching to the mainstream public in a way which creates an explosion of opportunities for coaches in their local marketplaces

Segment 2:  BIG BANG! Networking

Former Speaker of the House, Tip O'Neill said that “All politics are local.” He knew the source of a politician's effectiveness is taking care of people's needs at the local level first before ever succeeding at the highest levels. This holds true for strong relational networking as well. You have access to hundreds of people every week that are just waiting to receive word about the amazing work you do as a coach and the great thing is you don't have to do any advertising to get them together someone else has done it for you!

Networking events are a great way to build awareness of your business, your value and your products, but you need to have a strategy to approach them with the right attitude and have certainty about what to expect from the event.

Events are not the only networking tools you can use to explode your business. You can also use strategic network alliances, Third person networking, and other tools to ensure that you are always getting warm leads to cause a BIG BANG! for your business.

We are going to change that starting with this presentation. We will show you how to create highly dynamic interactive experiences using beautiful graphics and the power of music, art and drama.

The best training links the topic with the audience in ways that they have never considered or experienced before, andextends the training beyond the room into an ongoing coaching relationship. Marketing is building strong relationships that give value to the people who respond to your purpose in the world. We all have a purpose that we're meant to serve and there are people in the world meant to hear it. Finding those people most likely to gain value from your purpose is the core of BIG BANG! Marketing.
