13. Understand the steps to broadcasting your ezine.

14. Send out your draft issue to 25-200 friends.
1. Ask for suggestions for improvement (not general feedback).
2. If your newsletter has a specific topic, only invite people who would be interested and whose input would be appropriate, i.e. Don't send your sales tips newsletter to your librarian friend.
3. Don't forget - thank them for their input!

15. Invite your friends and colleagues to subscribe.
1. Email an invitation to your friends and colleagues inviting them to subscribe.
2. Suggest that they tell others about your newsletter.
3. Give them directions on how new subscribers can sign up.



Phase 4: Marketing, marketing and marketing...

16.  Set up a website or web area for your ezine.
1. Put up a website exclusively devoted to your ezine. 
2. Promote your site by following instructions in the 100 Point Mega Marketing Checklist for listing it on internet search engines.

17.  Post an archive of previous issues and articles on your website.
1. Create a separate archive page linked to files of your previous issues.
2. Or, use the archiving service offered to Webvalence.com clients as part of their ezine broadcast package.

18. Get your website listed at Yahoo.

Having your site listed on Yahoo is crucial to building site traffic.
2. You can have a general listing, but it may take 8 weeks to a year to be posted, and it's possible you may never be listed. You submit your registration here.
3. To guarantee that your listing will be evaluated within 7 days, register for the Yahoo! Express service.
4. Note that Yahoo guarantees to evaluate your site but they reserve the right NOT to list it. You pay the non-refundable fee, anyway. Ouch!
5. The fee is $299 per year, but it's worth it.

19. How do you get the "ready-to-buy" client or customer to come to your website?
1. By listing your website with a pay-per-click service. If you are serious about directing ready-to-hire-you clients to your website, one of the most effective ways is to use pay-per-click search engines.

20. Is it worth the money?
1. Yes, paying for traffic is here to stay and is used by many businesses to attract viewers.
2. Bottom line is that the extra traffic you will receive will be double, triple or even 5 times more than what you would get otherwise. 
3. You'll pay for this, but if you're serious about driving traffic to your site, it's a small price to pay.

21. Add subscription information to your email signature.
1. This is a "no-brainer." Make sure that your email signature contains information on how to subscribe to your newsletter.
2. Also include a link to your newsletter current edition and/or to your newsletter archive.

22. Add a subscription-entry form to your website/home page.

2. You can create a subscription form on your website yourself, or have your website designer do it.

23. Encourage your subscribers to pass the word.
1. Ask your subscribers to tell their friends and associates about your newsletter.

Phase 5: Bond with and sell to your subscribers

24. Ask for their views and input, in and on every issue.

Use/Interact with your subscribers as your R&D Team. They can be an incredible resource of feedback, suggestions and referrals.
2. Be fearless, invite fair and honest criticism.

25. Offer special "goodies" to your subscribers
1. Invite your subscribers to free TeleClasses and discussions. Reward their support and loyalty.
2. Run 'specials' for subscribers-only. Discounts on your products/services, your e-books, tape sets, etc. Offer free product trials and coaching demonstrations.
